Nursing

Our 24 hour nursing care is for those people whose health needs require greater support than can be provided in their current home, for example, residents who require regular medical attention or specific care to be delivered by a Registered Nurse. These residents are cared for by a team of specialist registered nurses and are supported by a team of qualified care assistants, in an environment specially adapted to each resident's needs.

Our nurses focus on delivering compassionate, relationship-centered care of the kind we would expect for ourselves and our loved ones.

Palliative Care

End of life care is for those whose condition no longer responds to medical treatment. It is centered first and foremost on ensuring residents are comfortable and pain-free as they live out the rest of their lives with dignity and respect.

Working with our residents, their families, friends and multidisciplinary team our staff provide 24-hour specialist care in a homely environment.

Respite

We offer respite care allowing carers to take a break while the resident is looked after in a safe and comfortable home from home. Residents can stay for one, two or more weeks. During this time residents can make friends and enjoy the social activities available.

This also affords the individual the opportunity to make an informed decision should he or she be considering permanent residency in a care home.

Convalescent

After an operation or medical treatment, this short-term care option allows for sufficient recovery in a comfortable and relaxing environment. Residents can rest assured in the knowledge that high-quality care is available 24 hours a day.

With a focus on enablement, we provide specialist care for these patients, aid them back from illness and expectantly return them to independence.

Post-operative care is also available. This is offered to patients who may have had a surgical operation and require a short-term care option to aid recovery, with a view to regaining maximum independence and returning home safely.
